1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Teer Group LLC (“Teer Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. They govern your access to and use of teer-group.com and any related pages we operate (the “Site”), together with the content, products, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. About Teer Group

Teer Group LLC is a diversified company operating across digital hardware solutions (including MiniPCs and office hardware), software development, music production, cloud hosting, online advertising, and book publishing. Specific services may additionally be governed by separate written agreements; where such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that service.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice on the Site. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Service.

4. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement, or that a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms supervises your use.

You agree that you will not:

We may suspend or block access to the Service for anyone who violates this section.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software — are owned by Teer Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Service for personal, informational purposes only. No other use — including reproduction, redistribution, modification, or creation of derivative works — is permitted without our prior written consent.

“Teer Group,” the Teer Group logo, and related marks are trademarks of Teer Group LLC. You may not use them without our written permission.

6. Submissions Through the Contact Form

If you send us a message, project brief, or other material through the Site (a “Submission”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that Submission to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to perform our services. Do not submit confidential information through the contact form; neither the form nor these Terms create a confidential relationship, and we have no obligation to treat Submissions as confidential. If a project proceeds, confidentiality terms can be agreed separately in writing.

You are responsible for your Submissions and must have the rights necessary to share them with us.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service embeds or links to third-party services that we do not control — for example, our contact form is provided by an independent third-party platform (members.tapthenfc.com). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, technical, or other professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEER GROUP LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teer Group LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Sheridan, Wyoming, before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

Individual basis only; class-action waiver. Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. YOU AND TEER GROUP EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

30-day arbitration opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to Teer Group LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA within 30 days of first using the Service, stating your name and your intent to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
