1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Teer Group LLC (“Teer Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with its principal office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit teer-group.com (the “Site”). Teer Group operates across digital hardware solutions, software development, music production, cloud hosting, online advertising, and book publishing; this Policy covers the Site. Separate engagements with our divisions may be covered by their own agreements and notices.

By using the Site, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you contact us — through the embedded contact form, by phone, or by mail — we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, telephone number, email address, company, and the content of your message. We never ask for payment card details, government identifiers, or similarly sensitive information through the Site; please don't send them.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and access times. Our web host may set cookies that are strictly necessary for the secure delivery of the Site (for example, security or load-balancing cookies). We do not use this information to identify you personally.

Information from third parties

We do not purchase or otherwise obtain personal information about Site visitors from data brokers or other third parties.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

When you first visit the Site, a consent banner lets you choose whether to allow optional, non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising). Your choice is stored in your own browser (local storage) for up to 12 months, and you can change it at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the page footer. As of the “Last updated” date above, the Site itself sets no analytics, advertising, or other tracking cookies, and we do not serve interest-based advertising — the banner exists so that, if we ever introduce optional cookies, they would only be enabled with your prior consent. Embedded third-party services described in §4 may set their own cookies or use similar technologies when their content loads in your browser; we do not control those technologies.

You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are set; the Site will remain fully usable if you do. Where legally required, we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information — although, as described in §6, we do not sell or share your personal information in the first place.

4. Embedded Third-Party Services

The contact form on the Site is operated by an independent provider and is loaded from members.tapthenfc.com. When you view or submit the form, that provider may collect the information you enter as well as technical data about your device and browser under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review. Submissions are delivered to us, and we handle them as described in this Policy once received.

The Site also loads Google Fonts to display its typography; your browser connects to Google's servers to retrieve the font files, which may expose your IP address to Google in the same way any web request does.

5. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our services;
• Evaluate project requests and, where you engage us, perform our services;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site (for example, diagnosing hosting issues from server logs);
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect our rights, property, and safety and those of others;
• Carry out any other purpose described to you at the time the information was collected, with your consent.

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. If you have inquired about our services and prefer no further follow-up, tell us once and we will stop.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. We disclose personal information only in these circumstances:

• Service providers. Trusted vendors who host the Site or operate the contact form on our behalf, bound to use the information only to provide their services to us;
• Legal requirements. Where required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud, protect anyone's safety, or defend our legal rights;
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our assets, subject to the protections of this Policy;
• With your consent. In any other case we describe to you at the time.

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

7. Data Retention

We keep contact-form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain a reasonable record of our business relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymized — generally no longer than three years for inquiries that do not lead to an engagement, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are rotated and deleted by our hosting provider on a short-cycle basis.

8. Data Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, and we apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the limited data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

9. International Visitors

Teer Group operates with partners and infrastructure in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from yours. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required by law (for example, for EEA/UK transfers), we rely on appropriate safeguards.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, using the contact details in §13.

US state privacy laws

If you are a resident of California or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or Texas), you may have the right to: know/access the personal information we have collected about you; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising (we do not engage in either, so no action is needed); and appeal a denial of a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To submit a request, contact us as described in §13; we may need to verify your identity before acting.

EEA, UK, and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of, your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Our legal bases are, depending on context: your consent, steps toward or performance of a contract (responding to your inquiry), our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site; running our business), and legal obligations. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Do Not Track and Preference Signals

Because the Site conducts no cross-site behavioral tracking, there is nothing for “Do Not Track” to switch off; we nonetheless treat browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control with respect and apply them wherever the law requires.
