1. Our Commitment

We believe the web should work for everyone. Teer Group LLC is working to conform this website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and to align with the requirements of the European Accessibility Act where applicable. Accessibility is part of how we design and build — not an afterthought.

2. Accessibility Features on This Site

This site includes an on-page accessibility toolbar (the round button at the bottom-right of every page) that lets you tailor the experience to your needs:

• Quick profiles for vision, cognitive, motor, seizure-safety, dyslexia, ADHD, and senior-friendly use;
• Text controls — size, line height, letter and word spacing, alignment, and alternative fonts including a dyslexia-friendly typeface;
• Contrast & color modes — high contrast, dark contrast, monochrome, inversion, and saturation adjustments;
• Navigation aids — highlighted links, enhanced focus indicators, larger click targets, and a big cursor;
• Reading tools — reading guide, reading mask, text magnifier, and text-to-speech;
• Motion control — stop animations, hide images, and mute site sounds.

Your toolbar preferences are saved in your browser (in local storage on your device) and re-applied automatically on your next visit; they are never transmitted to us.

3. Built-In Accessibility Support

Beyond the toolbar, the site is built with semantic HTML landmarks, keyboard-navigable menus and forms, visible focus indicators, a “skip to content” link, sufficient color contrast, and support for the prefers-reduced-motion and prefers-contrast system settings.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

• The presentation video currently has no closed captions; the same information is available in text form across our Divisions and Why Us sections;
• Some decorative imagery and background video are intentionally non-essential and are hidden from assistive technologies.

We are actively working to close these gaps.
